Why do you recommend purchasing whole beans? Because the best case scenario for amazing flavor is to grind only as much coffee as you are going to brew at a time. However, we know that not everyone has a grinder and most of us are in a rush {or an early morning fog}, so we let you make the decision. But not to worry, your coffee will still taste incredible!
Will you grind my coffee for me? Yes! You will be able to select the “ground” option while customizing your favorite coffee.
When will my coffee arrive? If you choose whole bean, we will roast your coffee when the order is received then your coffee will ship out the next day and arrive in 2-3 business days. If you select a ground coffee, we add one day to the process, because coffee should sit for at least 24 hours before being ground. This is because the beans go through a degassing process {try to say that without giggling!} post roast, and their flavor & aroma continue to develop during this time. {ie: they mellow to the best flava, baby!}
